For anyone around the Anglia area, or wants to travel to Newmarket, we are organising two In-Hand Shows - one at the Animal Health Trust on Sunday 6th July as part of the Newmarket Festival Week, and the other at Exning Park (opposite Rossdales Vets Hospital) on Sunday 31st August. They are both Charity shows with money going towards mostly racing charities - both welfare, jockeys, re-homing, etc. We will be having one ring purely dedicated to TB's, the other ring catering for various breeds and types. We're hoping that some racing "names" will pop in on both the days. What we're wanting to know now is, if there are any specific classes you'd like included. We have run shows before so we do have a rough draft already for the schedules, but before we get it all printed, we are happy to give you all the opportunity to suggest any classes you'd like to see included. There will be lots on offer on the day, including special prizes in many of the classes. If anyone would also like to take this opportunity to sponsor a class (£20 for trophy and set of rosettes) we would love to hear back from you. If you are a business or an individual who would like to sponsor a class in your horses name, just let us know. Naturally schedules won't be printed until we've got the judges and sponsorship sorted out, but if you want to PM us in the meantime with any queries or questions or asking for a Schedule, then do please feel free. Hope some of you Anglia members will be attending - it's all in a good cause!
