News on my boy - could it have been ulcers and not KS?

Latest update is that he is still working well. I am concentrating on building his top line before doing much riding. He has just finished his four weeks on the full dose of omeprazole and will be reduced to two sachets tomorrow for a further two weeks, then one sachet.

Sadly, the mare with ulcers has relapsed sinced changing from the abguard syringes to the abrazole granulaes. I need to work out why this is. :(
 
May I ask if O.P. or anyone else who has had kissing spines operated on - ever saw the x-rays; operation or the pieces of bone removed?

Thank you. I am going to try giving the mare her granules on a small amount of dry food and then waiting a while before feeding her breakfast. I like to mix the feed with water, especially as she has been known to choke. But hopefully she will be fine on a small amount of feed dry. I hope it works for her. Her poor owner is so upset. It looks as though she may have to permanently stay on the syringes rather than the much cheaper granules.

Did you try Aloe Vera?
