Next doors shetland breaking in!!

I rang the owners. Sometimes it was of the animals or landowner depending. I found out owners by asking landowners/neighbour. He knows everything round here. lol

Recently a young Connie kept breaking out from a few fields down onto the road. Neighbour and I put him back once then contacted the owner to put a bale in the field. They did then later the Connies were moved.

Tbh, I don't think it's anything to do with RSPCA unless he is starving.

Yeah rspca were not particularly interested.
Have contacted the owners of the shetland (also own the land) and they have not done anything despite daily texts and calls when I could get through.
