Ive just looked on the SHB guidlines for Sport horse in hand classes and its says

women should wear trousers or skirts, witha s hirt and tie and if they want a jacket

horses in plaited and in plain leather bridle !!

so now lots of showing people i know said it is predominently brown tack to be used and i should wear brown boots with beige trousers ???

Yup!
If your horse has dark legs then beige trousers, if it has white legs then dark trousers. Shirt and tie, tweed jacket. Hat, I wore a beagler. brown gloves and short brown boots. plain brown bridle.
Although I reckon the PAVO judges would be a bit less fussy than county show judges.

NO!!!!

A flat cavesson or a raised stitched noseband. Either will be appropriate..........see what your horse looks best in. Don't worry about the boots too much either - black will be fine.
Can you post a picture?
