Ankles...
I've always ridden too long, terrible habit, my lower leg will then creep forward too far and I have a real struggle to keep it back...... so I have started to ride shorter, which helps no end with the leg posistion but my ankles start to ache after about 30 mins. I know I'm not riding too short, just alot shorter than I'm used too. I was always told my stirrups were too long when I jump. Any ideas???????
