Have been with them for years and sadly this year is the FIRST time I have got a complaint!
They are refusing to pay out!
Am getting to the point where I won't have any money so the horse will have to be put down!

And no they aren't doing very well! If you look online their 'investments' haven't yielded any profit!
Will do a major complaint letter again like someone mentioned up here and see if they will pay up!
