im looking 4 a nice in hand bridle for hunter young stock class, i would like one with a wider nose band (to detract from a wonky blaze) and a plain flat brow band, dont mind stiching on nose band but not on brow band, any one know were i can find one? or send me a link?

Thanks in advance!

I have one that I no longer need but it's full size so not sure if thats too big? Otherwise I'd try Fylde - I got mine from Olney before it was swallowed by Derby House

This is Chancer in the one I got from Flyde - worth every penny.

I have also heard very good things about the in hand bridles made by Matt Marlow of Heritage - in fact I am going to have him made Chancer's new double bridle for next season after Christmas.

Glad that is what you wanted - noseband is 1". If you want a wider noseband then I suggest you speak to Matt at Heritage and get one made up with exactly as you want. His bridlework is first class quality. I believe that 1" is the max Flyde do, but you could speak to Peter first.

The traditional cob who advertises Matt's work on ebay is very well known to me and I have seen the bridle and it is lovely.

Personally I would prefer a 1 1/2 - 1 3/4" noseband for Chancer and will be having this on his riding bridle.
