due to my current yard not being safe for me to stay at now, i need to move my 2 before winter sets in, needs to be grass with use of stables as i do not want them in all winter due to fizz having RAO and jay having spavins, must also be fairly easy to get to by bus or train and if at all possible not have to fight my way out the field if i need to get mine in or out.
 
forgot to add both are pretty much retired right now so dont need schools/hacking etc, just somewhere to store feed etc and hard standing etc
 
Does it need to be a yard? Friends are looking to rent their fields and 3 stables.

Just outside Penicuik, is going to be in the Scottish Farmer tomorrow, being advertised by Smith Gore
 
Its just off the main road south from the Lothianburn junction off the bypass.

Have just been trying to find it on the smithsgore website but theres no sign.

Is on the bottom of page 7 of Scottish Horse in the Scottish Farmer.
