Nice yard East Leicestershire

Hi, i am a brand new horse owner and am looking for a friendly yard to keep my new horse. I need DIY livery but with turnout. I would like to be somewhere with lovely safe hacking around South Croxton type area. I would like a yard thats not too big but has lots of friendly people who want to ride out and give me advice about things i know nothing about!! Anyone know of anywhere suitable??

Can I suggest you contact the Secretaries of the Quorn and the Cottesmore and ask them to include your request in one of their e-mails circulars? There are a lot of nice yards around there, it's just a question of who has room...

There is a beautiful yard at Hungarton - Quenby Hall if that's not too far? Amazing hacking, floodlit school, walker, t/o etc. Not sure if they are still doing DIY, but they were a few years ago. You've got loads of choice in that area. I'm jealous!!!
