Have to place the order for our riding club pleasure ride rosettes and I'm completely stumped as to what colour to get. They will be nice plush 2 tier ones so thought it nice to have 2 colours but what ones!! Personal favorite would be dark blue and baby blue but any suggestions welcome, pics also welcome!
I'm a rosette snob so they have to be nice ones ;)
(I'm hoping the family company will sponsor the ride that way I might be able to up them to 3 tiers! :p )

Dark purple or dark blue and gold with tails of the same colour and the centre in whatever dark colour you're chosen.

Not blowing my trumpet but we won one a blue and gold one like this a few years ago and it looks sooo special amongst the others, even though the blue has now faded to purple.

We make rosettes so have had all the colour combinations in the world, the good ones and the horrific!! Your range of colours will depend on what colours their supplier does. Why not ask them for a colour swatch? When we started with one supplier, they had very traditional colours. The supplier we have now has ever colour under the sun including fluorescents! We done one order that was kingfisher blue and navy which was lovely but also a Cadbury purple and pearl grey is nice

I have some very very nice black and red rosettes, some black red and yellows too. It all depends on the design as to which colours work best.

Liking the sound of the cadbury purple and grey - must be the chocoholic in me! :) need to find some piccys!

^^^ Auslander your comment reminds me of the Lidl advert "I don't like Gin, I like waiters" :D

I have a lovely rosette in white and black with gold writing, it really stands out and looks super smart. My other favourites are black and red with gold writing and an emerald green and white with silver writing. I always think that colours go best with black or white rather than other colours. I even have a brown and white rosette which is rather smart, looked really good on a Bay New Forest!

I do like dark blue and turquoise, and it looks smart on almost any colour of horse!

In chicken showing you get a huge range of colours as the 1st,2nd,3rd are usually prizecards and sometimes the odd red rosette for first so all other rosettes are section wins, specials or champ rosettes and the winners are usually blokes so they have to try and appeal to both

Not being particularly girlie I was thrilled with this pink and burgundy one though which surprised me!

I will see if I can get pics of the more unusual colour combinations for you too

Here are some different ones. the one I like best doesnt show up very well but its white and silvery grey. A nice one that fell on the floor so didnt get in the pic is bright yellow and bottle green which is a nice combination

My favourites: 2 tier: black and red, silvery gold sparkly and pink
3 tier: dark green, emerald green and mint/pastel green

Some of these are lovely! I confess I am a complete rosette snob - if I'm lucky enough to get one I want a decent one! lol

oooo there's just so many nice looking options! Ironically this seems to be the hardest part of organizing it lol!
