nicest tweed jackets

Hi everyone,
Looking for your opinions on the nicest and most flattering tweed jackets for adults for exams but also suitable for M&Mclasses in the future (hopefully)! I prefer green based preferably with navy velvet collar. I generally find if they fit around the bust they are baggy on the waist or they are too long in the body
To give an idea I am size 12-14 (36-38) but only 5ft tall.
