Nick Downs, Team Downs?

Does anybody have an email address for him, i bought my beautiful mare off him about two years ago and sent him updates every six months, but for some reason his website is down and the email address i have for him isn't working anymore.

Any help would be much appreciated

Hello,

Unfortunately he did a runner about a year ago. At the time, I was about to buy a horse from him which failed the vet, & I had arranged to have it re-vetted when he disappeared off the face of the earth. He also cleared out his tackroom, taking with him a lot of stuff that didn't belong to him.

At the time, someone on here had their horse on sales livery which he luckily didn't take with him, & if it hadn't been for her, I wouldn't have known to cancel the vetting.

Was thinking about pursuing him through the small claims court for the £200 wasted vetting, but consensus of opinion is that he's gone back to NZ.

Seems like he did a runner and left all his horses with Kate Lukas! ( girl who owns his yard ) So Kate now has all his horses to ride/event!

From what I heard he did a runner to Oz, after ripping off a lot of people and selling all their tack/horses. Long gone I'm afraid. From what I know Kate Lukas was nothing to do with him, but now events for one of his owners.
