Hi All

Just wondering if anyone had used this before and if so does it work?

My boy has navicular and had tildren treatment couple of years ago and has been sound till recently, Vet said just to keep an eye on him and give danalon if needed, but I thought I might try this if its any good

I think stuff like no bute, devil's claw etc. is good for general stiffness/minor arthritic issues but if the horse is truly lame it is unlikely to alleviate it. Why not just give him the danilion and make him comfortable?

Certainly worth trying - if it works it's brill, if it doesn't, well at least you've tried all the options.

My Tb has been on it for the past few years - he is riddled with arthritis, has it in his neck and now evidently in his fetlocks. he was seriously lame before but with NoBute, Cortaflex and a very carefully managed exercise regime he's coping well.

Think I'll give it ago like you say OrangeEmpire its worth a try first - Don;t really want to start him on Danalon yet he's only 15 and he's only sore walking down to his field which is on a road - prefectly sound otherwise.

Thanks very much again

Certainly no scientific trial, but when my mare last went lame I gave her the full dose of NAF Devil's Relief and she came sound. I she wasn't really really lame and it was an overnight suck-it-and-see thing (would have buted her the next day if it hadn't worked) but it seemed to work. I have a stock of the stuff now, as well as my bute stock

No Bute makes a big difference to my 22 year old chap, he is a bit arthriticy but it makes him much more comfortable. I tried him on a different joint supplement for a while and he seemed a bit down and not so spritely but when I changed back to the No bute he perked up immensely.

I found No Bute helped my old cob, but found Bute Free by Gold Label even better (and cheaper!)

Just want to say thanks everyone for the responses - defo going to look at one of these products as sounds like may help

Thank you!
