Have just had an email through from someone wanting to loan/share my pony! For those who dont remember the last thread about it, he was advertised for share at the beginning of the year to help out with livery costs, had lots of enquiries from crazy folk so nothing came of it. Moved him onto rented fields in April and took the ads down (or so i thought!) as the field rent is cheap and i dont need any help. Got a random email a few months ago from a girl who'd seen an ad i thought i removed and to cut a very long story short, she started sharing him, but it all went t*ts up so i had to end it.

Anyway, i know for a fact that there are no ads up anywhere, i checked, double checked and checked again that they were all taken down. But this email says that they have seen my ad on one of the websites (just went and checked and its definately not there!) and want to come see him as he sounds perfect etc etc etc.

Do people make a note of random email addresses and then contact the person months down the line on the off chance the horse is still available?? Crazy!!

But the answer will be a very firm NO this time. Not having all that stress again! lol

when I shared a horse last year, I found the ad seven months after the owner thought she'd deleted it. It somehow got stuck in the system. She was amazed when I got in touch. sm x

Its crazy isnt it..

I wonder if its archived or something so if you google something specific in the ad it might bring it up?? Hmmm.... But its very strange.
