No one wants to work or just unrealistic work

We've been looking for staff at our yard, its getting hard to find decent, reliable staff, we probably have 40 number horses on the yard but realistically only 25 require any form of assisted DIY.

Its so hard to find reliable hardworking and knowledgable staff these days, we are lucky with the ones we have at present.

I used to livery next door to an event rider and sometimes paid to use their facilities. All of the grooms were young and from outside the UK, so I wonder if Brexit, covid has also had an effect.
