No season for 12 months now

My JRT bitch was 2 in January, she had normal seasons up until 12 months ago when she hasnt had one since. She looked like she was going to come into season but swelling went down and nothing has happened. I am a little concerned. We have a new dog which we have had for 5 months now could this be the reason i.e stress of having him around? She's not pregnant so why the hold up? I really wanted to breed a litter from her then get her neutered by I cant do either without a season!

could she be having a phantom pregnancy? look for nipple swelling and nesting tyoe behaviour, if it is that then she can have a jab to sort her hormones out
