Noisy Tummy ?

My horse had colic back in august and thankfully is now fine. I have noticed however that I can hear his tummy somtimes when I am grooming him or doing his rugs ??

He is fine in himself and I can't remember if he was like this before he had colic so am not sure if it is anything to worry about or if it is just the way he is ??

Noisy tummies (within reason!) are normal, it's probably just that you're slightly paranoid about it now. That's normal too, welcome to the worried owners club!

Ditto above, when i'm grooming we always have a noisy belly sometimes i laugh, sometimes i'm shocked but when you eat as much as a full grown horse i'm sure a rumble or two is all normal!

Normal IMO - especially if the horse is bright, eating well and passing normal droppings. Enjoy the rumbles...
