I think it's a great thing that someone thought about it in England. It opens many doors for horseless sports enthusiasts and has such amazing potential for riding centres! I don't know your area so cannot help but you could try to contact BHS and ABRS as it's their initiative.
I know - its rubbish cant afford own horse now i have my own house vut really want to keep competing so this would be perfect- lincoln is tiny so it will prabably be 10 years until any schools start to take part!
