im getting someone to look on there for me. just a bit desparate as all my food getting warm

Do you not have a cooler or anything you can put some of it in? Or at least store some in your friend's fridge? Or garage if they have one? Our garage is quite cool, keeps everything nice and cold (we only store drinks in there though) if we need it.

If Reading isn't too far I have TWO - an under counter and a small countertop/caravan style one both sitting under my carport waiting for me to get round to Freecycle.

Stand your food in a tray of water and cover with a damp tea towel - evaporation will help cool it all.

put the stuff in a bucket of cold water! or in a crate.. in a river.. either will do

Could you use a cool bag and get someone to freeze the ice packs for you. We lived out of one for 3 months when we lost our fridge and had delivery issues with replacement.
