Non horsey, sorry! But what are LSPD and RMT subjects?

My eldest (previously home educated) son has just started at secondary school, and I'm typing up the children's timetables for the fridge, but what on Earth are LSPD and RMT? Son has no idea either

RMT is resistant materials so woodwork and metal work.

No idea on the LSPD im guessing Local Schools....

i swear every year i was at school they changed the initials for that! it started as S.E, then P.S.E, then P.S.H.E, clearly they couldn't add any letter so they have changed it completely!!!
