I used to feed those and they love them, but the combined sugar and starch is over 10% and they have molasses in. Shame because they come in a big sack for about 12 quid

We just use ordinary high fibre cubes. They're great as long as your horses aren't fussy / see them as something worth looking for - one of ours won't bother as the reward isn't enough but he'll eat them out of a bucket.
We used to use Global Herbs herbal treats as they're very low sugar but found the high fibre cubes keep them busy for a lot longer as they're smaller so more difficult to snaffle up and they're much cheaper to buy.

Thanks everyone for the suggestions. Will have a look through. I think some of them might be too big as the holes in the Snakballs are quite small.

Thankfully he is secretly a pig and will eat anything you put in front of him.
