I've done rider pilates & rider psychology course, which was great.

I'd love a sort of de-mystifying dressage *insert other disciplines* course too.

If you mean unmounted that you can bring your horse too I've done Horse Agilit and Trec as unridden clinics :)

I organise clinics for my riding club. Unmounted we have just sold out a liberty clinic a month before. Ran a natural horsemanship demo last year and a desensitisation clinic.
Sadly first aid didn't get enough uptake.
A dressage demo last year was very popular.

I’d love to see any non ridden clinics of any sort near me. I really worry about my non ridden horses and I’d love to do something with one that would be a bit different for them.

It was a local TREC clinic and they offered an in-hand session before the ridden ones. It was organised by the local regional trec group so worth geting in touch to see if they do any out your way.
Thank you! I will, I have a few unridden but one little pony who I’m sure would benefit from more.

How about long-reining and lunging? In the last year, with my new pony, I have finally learnt how to lunge, and it has been a real eye-opener, to appreciate the benefits and develop that in-hand feel for horsemanship. A friend also took her young pony to a long-reining session run by a local Driving group; sort of long reining around all the usual driving obstacles.

I’d be interested in this too!

I think there are a lot of new / newish owners that would welcome something to bridge that gap between riding the school horses that are just brought out tacked up and handed to you ready to ride and handling your own. Ground manners, loading, lunging, long-reining.
Also something for new owners of youngsters - ideas for the early years, what to do at what age, dealing with problems.

I'm thinking for exracers so agility, Trec, liberty etc would be good. Not sure people would be ready to long line exracers in a new place these days ?

I have done some groundwork clinics and a non mounted le trec style clinic with obstacles when whatever I had at the time wasn’t rideable and I just wanted to get out and do something…
