Nooooooooooo..... wrong colour. Stubben

Damn it. I was really looking forward to my boys new Stubben bridle to arrive, but its the wrong colour

I thought it was the dark brown but actually its the bright reddish brown which simply dont work on a grey! Guess its going back then. I wouldnt mind but it was on sale so I wont get another in the right colour.

Just to clarify - which is the darkest brown? There's choco, havana and London Tan in Stubben bridles isnt there??

mine is the havana one, its the reddish brown. i think choco would be the darkest. london tan is that newmarket colour me thinks.

Hi,
Havanna is the reddish Brown
Chocco is dark brown
London Tan is light brown/light tan colour

So you would want the Chocco

grr i have just bought a choco stubben leather headcoller for my boy and thought a full would be fine, didn't go round his bloomin nose!!
now can't find the receipt cos a need an XF!!! (im hoping his head is big because its full of brains, but i think its just air in there!)

We made that mistake. Jester had a new saddle fitted and the best fitting one was brown. All his tack was black so cue brown tack shopping. We bought some stubben leathers, non return as slightly marked (though they look perfect to me) in a sale, only to find they are too short and completely the wrong colour. They are far to red

Stick them on Ebay - Stubben stuff always gets good prices on there!

the red bridle does darken down an awful lot when oiled just as a thought as my friend rachael had one!
