Is Normanby Hall riding stables still going??

Its where i used to ride when i was very little when it was owned by Marie and Fred.. who i THINK moved to France?

There was a huge XC course and acres of parkland.. we used to hack for hours and hours... i seem to remember a quarry too??

Just wondered if its still going or if anyone else went there?!

We've competed there, but I've no idea about a stables! Scunthorpe PC run all their hunter trials and ODE's there

I remember a big lake and the XC course... would love to go round it now... cant really justify taking my horse 4 hours in a lorry to go there though!! x

I went to a wedding there last summer and there were def. still ponies there and xc jumps.

Yes the stables are still running, i know a girl who still goes for lessons there!!

Maybe ill have to book a weekend away up there so i can go for an explore again! xx

I think that they were moved down Bagmoor (where they hold the HTs)? Someone is having a yard built down there anyways opposite the farm.

I think Fred had a yard about 5 years ago near Gainsborough unless I'm getting mixed up, I used to have my old horse on livery over at Normanby village many years ago
