North West Riding reccomendation?

Hey there, I'm an experienced rider looking for riding in/around the merseyside/cheshire area. Just a one off really, thinking along the lines of going on a drag hunt (hirelings perhaps?) or a reasonably advanced lesson (comfortable jumping 1/1.10m) on a quality horse.
Or something along those lines. Any thoughts?
ETA:Beach riding also would be a good option?

ermm cheshire has a lot of options for riding, if you enter into google riding schools/teaching cheshire etc you get alot of results
