Northumberland Dog Control Orders now in force

I posted a while ago a link to a survey regarding Northumberland CC proposed dog control orders. If you aren't already aware, these dog control orders came into being on the 18th April 2011

Very depressing, but also depressing is the sort of behaviour which led to it in the first place.
Irresponsible walkers, sadly, spoil things for the rest of us
