Anyone heard of them? A friend has got some very strange letters recently sent to her home address, they have articles in about animal welfare cases with certain bits highlighted then just a little note saying "courtesty of Northwest Animal Welfare". No contact details or anything? Very strange, almost like a chain letter. The last one she got had been sent all over the place-had about four different addresses. She is worried about where they got her address from?

Unfortunately you'd be surprised the sort of mischief these people get upto!!

You'll probably be even more surprised how easy and how quick it is to get the address of anyone for any reason!!

Maybe... they associate her with horses and think she might be interested in this crap?? Who knows!

If it's anything nasty or out of order, I'd suggest passing a copy of it to the local police in her area and asking em to check it when they get a mo!!

Its very worrying that this information is so easy to get hold of...its nothing nasty at all, just very strange. Its a couple of articles I think one was about some horses being rescued by the RSPCA or something and they had highlighted random bits of it which didnt even seem that relevant?! Would be really interested to know the logic behind it!

Oh I really dislike these sorts of people (I'm being VERY restrained). Since when are pheasants wildlife? They are a species specifically introduced and bred for sport.

Also, that news letter looks like it's been written by an 8 year old.

Sorry to rant, but I REALLY get hissed off by these idiots

Pretty sure they don't have a logic!

Cryptic highlighting gets you to read the tosh more than once, whilst peeps sit there fingers crossed you might pay some attention!!

Reading that website and a few of the outer links, it don't make that much sense anyway!!

"Save our animals...... but dont forget the roast dinner down the pub!!" Who knows!
