Nosebands.....grrrrrrrrrrr

Is it just me or is it getting impossible to find a noseband that isnt a flash or a crank (or both!). I have nothing against people who use these because they need to but why cant there be an option of a normal one too? I just want to find a nice chunky raised cavesson noseband but alas such a thing does not seem to exist (however if anybody knows where they are hiding please let me know!!)

I took Ben's noseband off altogether because I got sick of looking at the little loop on the cavesson!!

Def annoying! Have taken mine off for everyday and just use one when necessary - dressage test etc! What make/colour of bridle do you want it to match?

I don't mind the crank nosebands so much but I certainly don't crank it up - I follow the old "two finger under the noseband" rule.

I'm not a fan of flash nosebands although I do accept that there are times whey they are useful. I tend to just cut the loop off the noseband so it looks like a normal cavesson.

I buy bridle parts separately from Jeffries (Rideaway sell them) Means I can have a bridle that is an exact fit and the nosebands that I want.

Just get a flash that you like a snip the stitiching for the flash attachment, should then come off easily
