Not a good day at Solihull !!!!!

First Lorry wouldnt start had to get break down out. Henry didnt travel well, which he usualy does. Couldnt get front studs in! Dressage test not good broke in trot twice and I made an error of course.
Show jumps were full up, Henry jumped fantastic, but on turn to next to last stumbled and we had the last two fences down, found out that I had pulled a shoe off, which explains the stumble.
Reports were coming in that the going was getting deep out on the x country and slippery, so I decided I had my fill of bad luck and decided to withdraw.
So have entered Broadway 100, any one got any photos?
Could have been worse I guess, at least we both came home safe and sound!!
 
I can beat that for a bad day at Solihull, for once not with me or the mare at fault!!

We all have bad days, so onwards and upwards for future events :)
 
Not going to say too much currently as have just put in a rather meaty complaint with BE, but we didn't get to see any of the jumps, and lots of stewards and vets!! Always another day, and we're both safe and well so that's the main thing :) where you off to next?

Broadway 100 on Sunday 6th May, will have to work on the dressage I think !!, have only done the 90 there before so quite looking forward to it. How about you ?
