Trying to order things from a certain equestrian "superstore" is like doing the Times crossword!
Every year I get those 10% off, then 15% off vouchers, every year I work out things that I want, then ring up, and they've never go anything in stock! So I can never use the vouchers as my total isn't over £75 and they won't honour the order when the stuff comes back into stock. I live quite near the store, and they always say "try online" if you call in the store! Its hopeless! I always wonder why I keep trying!
