Brig's eye is still very swollen :( He has been vomiting after the antibiotic tablet-googled it, first side effect is nausea, whether with or without food. The OH took him back to the vet for a check up, she thinks the swelling is just a ridge of scar tissue but doesn't think it's infected. I really hope it goes down. It's not impacting his vision, it just looks odd. We now have cream to put on.

He has been far more closely supervised on walks, but is still loose. He's now going out on his own so has our full attention, or is walked with one of us trailing him, the other dealing with the others.

Poor boy. With the working terriers they ended up very scarred but I don't remember them ever having raised lumps. Hopefully it is just taking its time in clearing up.

Poor old lad. Hope the abs and cream work their magic and he is as good as new again soon. If it remains raised beyond a few days I would probably seek a second opinion.

Did you(r OH) check with the vet about the vomiting? There are some meds you're supposed to stop if that happens...

Finger x for a good recovery. If he ends up with a scar just removed all low down mirrors and keep telling him he is gorgeous. Healing at all is good!

I'm keeping a very close eye. I think it's slowly going down. The ointment is fusidic acid, which is amazing stuff, it's never failed to resolve an issue.
