Not letting himself down and no pee pressure..

We have a bit of a strssy horse who oesnt let himself downhen he has a pee and there never sees t be much pressure of it coming out and thee neer seems to be much of it. Colour etc is al normal and he doesnt pee any more than others so not thinking cystits etc.
Aftr his races he can get quie woudup for a long time fterwards as he needs to pee but cant seemto relax enough to do it. Once he has,and there isnt much of it, he calms down competely.
Any ideas?
Couldit be a problem or is he just too stressy to allow himself?

NB, heisnt sressy forny reason, it is his breeding, the whole family for generations that we know of, on both sides were the same.

Has he been cleaned out? My friend got a new tb gelding who wouldn't let down properly and pee'd in stops and starts, he had his sheath cleaned and he was filthy with a huge bean, once he was cleaned out he could pee normally. Would be worth checking him.

Yeah, sounds like he needs a sheath clean!
