I really miss working him and he misses it too, he is bored stupid in the house and can't understand why he isn't allowed to yomp around like he was last week.

BUT....his stitches come out later this week and we are hoping his bladder issue isn't too serious.

Fingers crossed he is soon back in action. It is a nightmare keeping them occupied when they are on "box rest" isn't it. I know when Evie ws a lame a couple of months ago and had 10 days of no exercise she drove me mad. Spent everyl evening plonking her kong on my knee hoping I would play with her

It's going to be hard getting us both fit again - we are going to try swimming him to help get his muscle tone back, we've both got a bit wobbly

Fingers, hooves and paws crossed that its all ok at the vets this week!!

Sweep being on house arrest for 10 days soon lost its appeal when the anaesthetic was out of his system!! Took him all of 5 mins after getting home from the all clear to go up the muck heap and then jump in the brook - still at least peace was restored and the stick collection is staying in the garden!!!

It's such a nightmare trying to keep them quiet isn't it... when Henry was off the lead again after his little enforced break he was like a whippet, I've never seen him run so fast!
