Not receiving magazine!

Has anybody had problems not receiving their copy of H&H? This has happened to me 3 times in the last 6 weeks. Have contacted IPC but not getting much joy from them - just a placatory email advising they will look into it but then the same thing occurs again.
Doesn't seem much point paying my subscription if I'm going to miss a magazine every 2-3 weeks!!

It used to happen to me a lot. I gave up and bought it when I went shopping.
