Whoops sorry, I always take things the wrong way!
One of the first things I learned, after I had been riding for a year, was that there are different styles of riding. There were authorities such as Loch and Mary Wannless who specified a position amd style of riding. However there were also some of us: older, not athletic, not particularly slender who didnt fit the pattern and although we might possibly be able to sit on a horse in that style, we certainly couldnt actually ride in it, not in the sense of moving with and communicating with the horse.Sylvia Loch has always takes about the three point seat

My own RI was quite clear that she taught the opposite of Sylvia Loch and the two could not be combined.
