Agree with Capriole. It's a design that's been around for yeaaaaaars. I believe it's pretty standard across the pond. I remember my sister having one for her Breyers when she was little.

Its actually a great idea for a horse that is standing tied up. It dries the whole horse, not just the bits normal rug covers..
