i have emailed my MP, my EMP, DEFRA, TS and the BHS.

This current legislation is a total farce.
 
Basically the whole thing has been an expensive disaster and money making game for some who set up in business to sell passports and are now giving up.

Should have been done like cattle passports from one office only

We were lied to:
It will make it more difficult for horses to be stolen--oh no it did not, the thieves just get a new passport
It will improve welfare--no it did not, and the new legislation is making it worse who is going to pay to microchip and passport a wild native foal worth £50 or less
etc etc
