Thanls for your help everyone, really given me some good places to start!!
Can't reply to you all now as I'm on my phone but Clodagh and Marydoll I'm sorry to hear about yours
Had a bit of a talk with different people and think I have a plan of action.
Conn came in with a little cut from an over-reach so I was trotting him up several times. De all agreed that he looks good in thay sense. Like I said, not a flashy mover but was trotting with his tail flicked abd pointing his toes so for now i'm going with sound to look at other options.
Then schooled him down on the gallops and he went very nicely with the occasional nap in one corner.
Have booked the back man/saddle fitter for a few weeks just incase something was missed/he put himself out after he had been.
Then after this rainy few days go he'll go out 24/7 with no extra feed to look at that.
Farrier is coming at the end of the month to put bar shoes on him to lift his heels as a test to look at that.
And i'm going to take him back to jumping small jumps for a while just incase I blew his brain a bit with BE (we have a 50cm and a 65cm xc on sunday)
If he's then not right, ill look into another vetting or a specialist.
Does that sound okay or should I go straight to vets even though it doesn't feel like that's it?
