Earlier this evening i went for an informal job interview at a new full/part livery yard, 18horses in total. Its only a couple of miles from where i live & would be working from 7-9am at present with a ym, as the yo can fetch the liveries horses in on an evening, but as winter progresses would also be a couple of hours in the afternoon fetching horses in. Its good(ish) pay for an equine job but being so few hours im questioning if its really worth it? It would also mean me getting up early to sort out our 6horses before going, or at least feeding them before i go & turnout when i get back. So.... do i just go for it & see if it works out, develops into more hours, or do i pass it by & hope something with more hours comes up? Confused!!
