a good gallop with the sun on your back, cloudless skies, crunchy leaves under hoof and your best mate for company, oh and views to die for.

First time I've had a good blast for about 2 years and I'm still smiling. Nothing beats a good old pipe opener to clear the mind

I didn't have time to go out, so just went in the school and then in the field ~ what a wonderful gallop we had ~ being chased by the Shitlands!

... an Indian summer, riding in t-shirts in October, making the most of the last few stubble fields for long gallops, beautiful autumn colours - just me and Jerry! No-one else around. Perfect.

I haven't really got anywhere I can have a good gallop, and I'm a bit scared, but I can just imagine the thrill!

i had a lovely gallop today as well!! not quite the same weather that i have had for the last 3 weeks riding!!........i was in the dominican though!! was very strange at first having spent 3 weeks riding western then riding english today!! enjoyed it that much that i'm off for another gallop tomorrow!!
