Hi. I've just joined the GBPRE society and interested in attending their show (just for something different) in July at Hartpury. Can anyone tell me what a novice ridden mare or ridden veteran class might entail? thanks

I haven't been to the GBPRE show, but I have groomed for friends at a couple of Iberian shows. From memory, it's walk, trot and canter en masse, then line up. You then do your individual show - walk, trot, canter on both reins. The horses weren't stripped and there wasn't a ride judge at any of the shows I went to, but I don't know for sure about GBPRE.
