OH told me today that when he walked Bear a couple of days ago, Bear was off the lead and out in front. Nothing unusual in that.

However, at one point, Bear stopped, looked back and right past OH. OH was convinced Bear saw someone/something, so he turned to have a look as well. There was no one/nothing............. OH says this was not the first time this has happened.

For the last six months or so of his life, Tugg, our first Border, was always bringing up the rear on his walks. Perhaps he's still there?

What do you guys think?

Im sure Tugg is still coming for walks in spirit, animals can sense & see things we cant.

A little Patterdale/Norwich who lives in our local pub often watches something in the corner & growls. The pub is haunted Ive seen and smelt something and Im not alone and no I wasnt drunk:D.

I have a Mr Bear.............and he does this all the time, totally freaks me out because he will turn his head three or four times - so paranoid someone if following us!!

The thing I find interesting is Tugg never walked where Bear and OH walk today. Tugg died in April last year, and Bear came to live with us in May 2010. We then moved some 500kms 'oop north' at the end of October.

So his spirit came with us?

Heck! That's awesome! :)

It could be. I've had it, at home admittedly and not on walks. I'm twenty now and every so often i can feel our old GSD (I was 9 months old when we lost him) and sometimes see him.

All our dogs since then have always looked into corners and nothing was there
