Just passing through...
I have four months in which to lose two stone and get fit.
I have to hand a keen desire to walk
. Luckily for me this works as I have no time to go to the gym
. D2 would like me to go swimming a couple of times a week, I have no idea how I'm going to fit that in lol.
I can go walkies in the morning, at lunchtime and sometimes in the evening.
I have a big ball thing to sit on.
I have a squidgy thingy to stand on (bought to strenthen my ankles).
I have to eat every couple of hours or I fall over, which is very boring.
I am not the type who can go without/cut down and lose a couple of pounds in a week, it just doesn't work for me
. I end up putting on weight (no idea how that works!). It's definately more the exercise in my case, though I tried Atkins and that worked
Got very bored of it though lol
Does anyone think it is possible for me to lose the weight and get fit before February? Does anyone who knows what they are talking about want to take me on as a challenge?
Oh, and I'm recovering from a broken back, so there will be physio input that I will have to go with
