Now this is a case for capital punishment

Ditto amymay. 25 years would be better, but then why should we pay for his imprisonment, so hanging would be the best option.
Now he is someone you wouldn't want baby sitting your children!!! if he can do that so calously to an animal what else is he capable of I wonder.
 
We always hear of cruelty but this case really got to me.

I think because its wanton violence for absolutely no reason than to cause pain and suffering and secondly as Amymay said not one person came to the swans aid. I am damn sure I wouldn't have stood and watched something so sickening, I would have grabbed the nearest thing and clobbered the *******.

Out taxes pay for scum like this, either in his benefits or in jail but either way I'd rather spend them on something of value.

Somehow, I wouldn't be too appalled if someone did what he did to the goose to him in prison. Such a person does not deserve to live or even exist! He could well do that to a person one day.

he will be out in 12 - disgusting - but i dont understand how peopel could watch - i really cant, sureley to god someone could have done something - miond yu it was probably that horrific peopel were in shock - horrific
 
I`m new to these forums, I came here to share some photos and I was determined I wouldn`t comment on anything controversial , well it`s really difficult not to when animals are abused.
To my mind anyone who is capable of this sort of behaviour should simply be removed from society indefinitely, and if proof beyond all doubt is provided then they should be eradicated period.
I guess it`s slightly different for blokes but if I ever witnessed anything like this
happening I honestly wouldn`t be able to help myself I would have to take action even if it meant I would be risking my own liberty.

well if i was with my husband and saw something like this - if he didnt do something i really would divorce him!!!! but in honesty - even a s awoman i do reallyt hink id have done something - in fact i know i would - even if it was gettign my shoe off and whacking him with it - ill shut up now cos im getting angry - poor poor bird

I must admit though, if I was there, I would not have dared intervene unless my bloke was with me. People like that are wrong in the head; your own safety should be paramount.
 
A very dodgy looking charater - I however would have to do something, and one would hope if one person piped up - everyone else would too.

I thin instinct would take over - and any person of a sane mind would say or do something.
 
Disgusting - the death penalty should be brought back anyway.

But to everyone who says they would have intervened - not you wouldn't, you say that now, but in the situation things would be very different.

Much as people would LOVE to have intervened and have helped, it would be an insane person who risked their life to do that.

And to be honest I don't blame the people who didn't intervene, it must have been very frightening. And at the end of the day, you probably couldn't have saved the goose, but you could have got yourself seriously hurt or worse. The guy wasn't going to respond to being asked nicely was he??
 
What on earth goes on in their heads.

Last time I intervined, I got a gob full and my marching orders from the kids mother a month later when she caught up with me in a petrol station, so god knows what a man like that would be capable off when he's in the middle of killing an animal, not sure I'd want to approach him, although saying that now, if I'd of seen it, I think my rage would of took over, not quite sure what I'd of done though :confused:
 
What a dirty horrible little scroat, I have to say, I would have attempted to knock him out, esp as he had downed 20 cans, if he looked pished I would have atleast picked up a brick if there was one near and tossed it off his head, I once witnessed a kid throw a brick at a horse, it hit the horse on the lower hind leg and it must of bloody hurt cos the horses leg buckled, I ran like a mad woman/girl at that time:D after him threatening to kill him, he ran for his home and I ran after him, I was screaming in the back street "when I get you u little b"£$%^d Im going to kill you, his mother actually locked the door when she heard me coming as she was in the back yard, and would not answer:D
It's funny as if a human is involves in a fight I steer clear, but if it's an animal I cannot:(
 
What a sick individual! Im afraid i would have gone over there and throttled him no matter what the consequenses were! Can believe no one intervened i would have swung him round by the head i hope someone does the same to him in prison!
