Well they were all it it tonight
I took the dogs out for a walk as soon as I got home tonight, went up to the wood, and chaos ensued
Islay was feeling particularly feral tonight and was one of the worst for shooting off into the undergrowth after non-existent things to chase, Amy nearly had a pheasant which luckily managed to take off just in time, and Flick was trying her best to lame herself by running into things all the time...
then as I walked up the last part of the circular walk, I glanced behind me and saw all three, then glanced behind me a few moments later and they had all gone
I walked back up to the top of the track where all the paths meet, expecting at least one of them to re-appear before I had got there. But no sign....no sound... nothing! It took about five-ten minutes of whistling and calling to get them back - Amy was first
, then Flick, then Islay finally turned up from goodness knows where

Tonight I have three very very tired dogs
