Hi, i am looking for a new bit for my horse, Polly. I was thinking of trying an NS tranz lozenge loose ring snaffle, but have also thought about a loose ring sweet iron snaffle too....what du think?
Also, i am currently jumping her in a waterford snaffle which she seems to like but i am just wondering if it is a bit harsh for her as shes not strong but does get quite keen and then a bit flat in canter so with the waterford i have a bit more control and can keep her slightly more up in her shoulders. A friend suggested a tom thumb might be good for her as it has a bit of leverage but isnt too strong either....any opinions? and does anyone use a sweet iron copper one or have any other suggestions...also looked at a tranz angled lozenge universal...?
Thanks x
