Numnah/tack set manufactures?

Hi all!
I really would like to make own equestrian business selling fancy saddle pads and sets! But can't find any sort of manufactures does anybody know any that may do a bulk of saddle pads? I can make all of the polo wraps by hand as well as ear bonnets. But we shall see

There are some Indian manufacturers that make these. Saddlepads depends on the material your wanting to use and import duty leaves little margins at the moment.

There are also companies making boots to match. The boots have never been safety tested and are like cardboard. They are OK for one ride but wash them and they disintegrate. My friend unfortunately bought a matchy set which included the cheap boots she is still in dispute iwith the company. Why she even put them on her horse is beyond me.
