Hello,

I have a little bit of money and am looking to buy a reasonably priced everyday numnah. At the minute I ride with an everyday use black saddlecloth but it gets covered in grey hair and is pretty basic.

I just wondered if anyone happened to recommend a nice numnah (preferably under £25) just for general lessons and hacking. I have a black wintec saddle (*GASP*) so colour isn't of too much importance or anything as lots of colours work with black. Just something practical and comfortable. I thought about something like this:

or

What do you think? Thanks for reading and putting up with my constant pleas for advice on random things. :p

Unless you partiularly want/need a wool or sheepskin numnah I wouldn't bother as the cheaper ones are often not such great quality and don't wash so well. If you can get somewhere to look at them they might be fine but I'd be a bit wary about getting cheaper versions online. (I'm really fussy though so it could just be me!)

I love the standard high-wither NuuMed numnahs as they fit so well - you don't have to worry about them slipping or pressing on the withers. Or if you did fancy some more interesting colours I also have a couple of Pink equine saddlecloths which seem good quality and wash really well. They have tons of colour choices and often have good offers on - I think they were two for £15 when we got ours.

Hope this is some help. Enjoy your shopping! :D
