Numpty guide to schooling(book recommendations)

As title with diagrams/pictures would be great. As everything that once came naturally so long ago (along with the confidence that I'm asking correctly ) is taking a while to come back. So a good basic book would be great. Nothing deep just clear and practical terms . Thanks in advance Nic x.

The pony club's manual of Horsemanship! I keep my book in my car, it has pole spacings, gymnastic jumping exercises, different schooling exercises, an example of fittening work and so on. Had mine nearly 20years!
