numpty question but have to ask

hey,
i have a lhaso apso and was wondering how often should he go to the groomers, his just been and was wondering how many weeks after that should i take him back, would he need to go every month? sorry i know i should have asked the groomer when i took him.

Also his brushed most days but his legs always seem to get matted or they feel matted, any suggestions?

i think they reccomend every 6-8 weeks

ets - but brush daily with that coat!

Bless, I would have him taken every 6 weeks to be honest. If his hair is getting matted I'd advise use of something to condition the hair, I'm not an owner of a long coat but think of a horses mane - Canter main and Tail does wonders, so maybe you can find something like that for your boy?

I was going to suggest Canter mane and tail as well. Someone on another thread earlier said they use it for their dog. Sounds like a great idea as it keeps my girls tail soft for 3 or 4 days

If you are having trouble keeping him matt-free, why not just clip it all off? Easier for you and more comfortable for him too.
